Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control (carrier delays, weather). We appreciate your patience.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at HangVertSupport@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order ships.

Lost or stolen packages

HangVert is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier directly, or contact us and we'll help you through the process.
